Ying Yang Theory || Ying Yang Meaning

This is the symbol of Ying Yang. We all must have watched this in movies (mostly in which shaolin monks fights, Chinese fighter fight, Kung Fu Panda so on). So what this symbol is about?

Why I chose this as my blog logo, well after understanding what it truly means you’ll get the answer. Understanding this is a very complex thing. Ying Yang symbol describes something very elemental and incredibly complex. What Yin-Yang points to and represents is so vast it encompasses everything.

The Small Black and White Circles

Located in the areas of their opposite colors, the small circles show that nothing is absolute. In each of the opposing forces there is a small part of the other. In all yin there is yang and in all yang there is yin. This holds true for everything in the universe, for example in every female there is a little male and in every good there is a little evil. Nothing in the universe, or in life, is simple black or white. Each exists in the other and each needs the other to exist.

The S-like Shapes of the Two Areas

Instead of a harsh straight line dividing the two halves, the line is a soft S-like shape with flowing curves. Both sides yield to one another and push into each other illustrating the dependence of each on the other. As yin swells in size and height, the yang begins to emerge. As yang continues to swell in size and height, yin emerges once again showing that each sustains the other in their never-ending cycle.

 

Yin Yang Meaning: Harmony and Balance

According to Taoist principles, the forces of everything in the universe are in constant motion. As the movement continues, each of the forces of energy gradually changes to the other, yin to yang and yang to yin.

The meaning of the yin yang symbol encompasses harmony and balance within the universe. They exist in everything around us and are the basis of life as nothing can exist by itself.

Why did I chose this?

Basically this blog is going to teach everyone how to live a healthy life, how to love yourself as a person, how to be happy and the key success to make people around you happy is to learn how to make yourself happy. Ying Yang teaches this to us.  If we understand the concept of Ying Yang and how to apply this to your life then nothing can stop you to do incredible things.

                How Yin and Yang Apply to You and Your Life

You might be wondering how Yin and Yang apply to you and your life, and to any health issues you might have. Theories are interesting, but unless they have some meaning to your own experience, what’s the point?

First, the theory of Yin-Yang tells us that at the macro level—the largest scale imaginable—all things are always balancing and rebalancing into a state of perfect harmony. Yes, there is ceaseless change, yet this movement and flux, at its deepest level, is creating harmony, is perfect harmony. Yin and Yang are the two energies that embody Universal law, which ensures that all things remain in harmony.

It’s often difficult to actually see this harmony on a smaller scale, in the world around us, for instance. It isn’t always apparent in the world humans have created and especially in our busy, frequently complicated modern lives. But think about it: if you really understand and believe in Yin and Yang, harmony is the Universal architectural framework that underlies and impacts this reality. So in essence, harmony is the only ground we walk on and is the very air we breathe.
